Early set up may be requested if you want the least amount of disturbance to your guests and ensures that the evening party can get going as soon as possible, this benefits from having a Dj on site all day and if you require microphones for your speeches or background music during the meal.
A free no obligation meeting can be arranged before you book to discuss your requirements and timings, music choice, theme idea's or any traditions you may wish to include. Meeting us before hand also means that you can see who will be there on the night, get to know how we work and see if there is anything else we can do for you.
We will also be happy to liaise with your venue of choice and any other vendors before and during your reception in order to ensure the night runs as
smoothly as possible.

Song requests and dedications from your guests are welcomed on the night of your wedding
reception ensuring we play the right music for the right people at the right time,if you have not
thought about a special song for your first dance one can be reccomended from our library of popular first dance songs.
Play lists of special songs that you would like to hear on your wedding day are accepted, however before compiling your play list please take a look at these guidelines that may help you decide on the songs you include:
- This should be the Bride & Grooms special night, but please be advised that there may be a lot of different age groups in attendance, so play lists should be created to make sure that there is at least something for everyone.
- Where possible include songs most people will know, not everyone may remember the rare B-side of that song that was number 1 for a week in 1992.
- Songs dedicated to friends or family members can be funny if everyone understands the joke but be careful who you poke fun at, as they may not see the funny side.
- Where possible try not to make them too long, as there may not be time to play them all, records that you definitely want to hear or dance to should take priority, this also gives us a brief insight into the type of music you really like.
- Also try to include a few songs that you definitely DO NOT want to hear on your wedding night! you know the ones we mean, if you don't want to hear it then tell us and we wont play it.
- Why not include space on your invitations to your guests so they can add a couple of requests they might like to listen or dance to, you only need 2 - 3 for each guest, this also adds a little personal touch to the evening for your guests.
These tips are just guidelines to help you along the way, it is still your decision regarding the type of music played or not played.
