- All photographs and pictures within this website are the property of Kaleidoscope Roadshow, persons taking offence to any photographs or pictures displayed and would like them removed may email us with a request and valid reason on info@kaleidoscoperoadshow.com
- Price quotes given via E-mail are only valid for 30 days from the date of the original email.
- bookings are confirmed with the return of a booking form and BOOKING FEE to Kaleidoscope Roadshow and acts as a contract between Kaleidoscope Roadshow and the customer.
- unless pre arranged if a booking form is not returned within 14 days of posting, we will assume that you do not wish to continue with our services for that date and continue taking bookings.
- Cancellations occurring more than 30 days before the date of function must be confirmed in writing.
- Cancellations within 30 days of date of function must be confirmed in writing and may result in a cancellation fee, at the discretion of Kaleidoscope Roadshow.
- a change of date, venue, or timing of the function must be confirmed in writing with at least 48 hours notice where possible.
- Kaleidoscope Roadshow is Public Liability insured for a value of £10,000,000.00
- Equipment used by Kaleidoscope Roadshow is appropriatley validated by P.A.T (Portable Apliance Test).
- Kaleidoscope Roadshow reserves the right to stop at any time during a performance if it is felt to be a concern for our staff's wellbeing, due to acts of violence or abuse, such acts will not be tolerated by Kaleidoscope Roadshow and it's staff.
- for a typical evening function the playing time is assumed to be 7.00pm until 12.00am (5 hours), extra hours can be arranged and discussed.
- on average an additional 1 hour each side of the function is required for safe set up and dismantle of equipment, however if the venue has stairs, long passageways or awkward arrangements then additional time may be required and discussed with the customer, set up time is included in the quote.
- in the interest of health and safety Kaleidoscope Roadshow will arrange for appropriate awareness of strobe lighting that may be used during the function.
